The Property Management Services Group has been established by us to assist persons who own property in Jabalpur (MP, India) but live in another town or city or country. Persons who are in transferable jobs can also benefit greatly from our services. We assist them in managing and maintaining their property from a distance and to help our clients get maximum returns from it.

We also have a tie up with travel agents and on request put them in touch with the client for his local conveyance and ticketing requirements during their visits. The annual charge for the above service is 40 days rent or a minimum of INR.10,000/- per property within Jabalpur (MP) plus service tax.

We provide the following services:

• Assistance in renting the property from time to time to suitable tenants
• Assistance in collection and deposit of rent cheques in clients bank account
• Assistance in payment of annual taxes and dues to the government and municipal corporation
• Arranging & supervising minor maintenance like painting, etc of the property at clients cost, after approval of estimate from him.
• Arranging payment of electricity bills, complex maintenance charges, for the client
• Any other minor services, such as property valuations, title searches, legal assistance, etc that the client may seek (at mutually agreed fee)
• Access to the furnished guest house facility at Jabalpur (MP) for stay of maximum two persons in one room on payment basis. Two nights stay in a calendar year for visit to inspect property by the client will be complimentary. Food, beverage and services in the guest house will be charged. (This service will be available for use from Feb 2008).
